The three things in my travel bag on every trip: a cooler that fits our lunch boxes flat, a DIY spice stack for Airbnbs or even camping, and a tiny homeopathy kit that we use constantly.
It’s in my plans to share more! It is so unlike other modalities that it takes some learning curve to get there but once you learn it I think it’s been a game changer for my family.
Curious to learn more about your homeopathic journey! Feels like such a learning curve to me and I’m afraid for my baby to get sick (knock on wood!) because I don’t know what’s best for him
I plan to share more because I think a lot of people are scared to use homeopathy because they just don’t know anything about it. It’s not that the learning curve is steep, it’s that it kind of is the opposite in a lot of ways to traditional pharma. I think conventional medicine definitely has its place but I feel so much more confident when my kids are sick that I have something on hand that can help at the root level not just covering symptoms. I’m glad there is interest to learn more and I’ll plan to do a post soon
I'd love to read more on your homopath journey. Im always looking for alternatives and now with my daughter even more so.

The spice tip makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing!
It’s saved me a few times!
